Membership at Middlecreek Golf Course allows you to save money while improving your game throughout the golf season. Season passes are now available by completing our membership form and sending it to us. 2013 Rates are available on the membership form.

Middlecreek Golf Course Membership

Membership Rules

  • All members must register at the pro shop prior to play
  • All memberships must be paid in full prior to being issued
  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Memberships expire on October 31, 2013
  • If purchasing the ‘riding rate’ you MUST purchase a cart rental separately
  • If purchasing the ‘walking rate’ a cart rental is optional
  • A ‘junior’ is anybody age 17 or under
  • A ‘senior’ is anybody age 60 or over
  • Family rate is for two adults and one junior; additional juniors are $50 each
  • Senior limited is for golf on the WEEKDAYS only EXCLUDING holidays

Our 2013_Membership_Form is also now available for download (Adobe .pdf). Please print, fill out, and send with a check or money order to become a Middlecreek Golf Course member for 2013. Join by March 1, 2013, to receive the Early Bird Discount of $20 off your membership fees!
